Based on what you have read so far in Lord of the Flies, predict what you think will happen to the boys because of Jack’s decision to split the group. Is this a wise decision, or a poor decision?
I believe that it would be a poor decision because the group needs his skills. I can see why people would say it would be better without him because he doesn’t listen and is rude but he is a big asset to the group. If jack left the group probably half of the hunters would go with him and the rest of the group will be helpless and without food.
i think its a bad decision because all together they have a greater chance to survive and be rescued.by splitting up all they're doing is slimming those chances and when a group splits in two usually it is followed by fighting.i think its bad because instead of helping one another they will start to fight.

ReplyDeleteallison is right about the food too because jack and the hunters will have meat and ralphs group will just have fish and fruit.^_^
